Christmas Eve at Grammy's & Grandpa's

Since Jeff and I started sharing our holidays, we have always gone to his parents' home for Christmas Eve.  We attend vigil mass and then head back to Grammy & Grandpa's for a light dinner and lots of gifts to open.  We have so much fun visiting with Jeff's great-aunt, Nanan, her daughter, Kay, Jeff's grandfather, Gramps and Jeff's parents, Grammy & Grandpa!  It was our first Christmas without Granny, but her presence was there...and she even sent gifts!  I forgot to take a family picture this year...hope I can remember next year!

W Family Christmas

My dad is the oldest of 8 children.  Every year on the weekend before Christmas, the brothers and sisters with their expanded family get together to catch up (aka harass one another).  It has been a while since any pictures were taken and I had the great idea to take a picture of the brothers and sisters and also one of everybody that was able to attend.  Of course, no one was too excited to take the pictures especially since it was freezing outside.  But, after a little prodding, we had a few pictures and the ordeal was over in 15 minutes.

The day was wonderful and the cousins that were unable to attend were talked about...I mean missed.  I can't believe how much our family has grown!
